Juvenis (“we”, “us”) imports and distributes medical aesthetic devices and operates the Juvenis clinic in Tel Aviv. This policy covers all Juvenis activity online: this website, our inquiry and contact channels, our social media presence, and our advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.

It covers information collected through this website (including forms and cookies), information you send us directly (email, WhatsApp, phone), and information we receive from advertising platforms when you interact with our ads, for example when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.

It does not cover medical records. Clinical information collected when you are treated at the clinic is handled under separate medical-confidentiality obligations and is never collected through this website.

When you contact us or submit an inquiry (on this site, through a lead form in an ad, by email, phone or WhatsApp), we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message (for example, which treatment or device you're asking about).

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. This includes technical data such as device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location, plus advertising identifiers used by the platforms below.

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and may use tools such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and equivalent tools from Google, to measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people more likely to find them relevant.

These tools share limited interaction data with the platforms (for example, that a browser visited a page on our site). The platforms process this data under their own policies: see Meta's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for how they handle it. When you submit a Meta lead form, Meta delivers your form answers to us and also processes them under its own policy.

You can manage advertising preferences in your Meta and Google account settings, and you can limit cookies in your browser settings at any time.

To answer your inquiry and schedule consultations you ask for; to follow up on a request you started; to understand which of our pages and campaigns are useful; to meet legal obligations; and, only if you agreed to it, to send you updates you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers who help us operate (website hosting, analytics, communication tools), advertising platforms as described above, and professional advisers where required. Each provider receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Inquiry and contact information is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you, and afterwards as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Advertising and analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the relevant platform.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may ask to review information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. Write to connect@juvenislasers.com and we will respond promptly.

If you contacted us through a Meta lead form, you can also exercise choices directly in your Meta settings.

This website is not a channel for medical information. Anything clinical (your skin history, treatment records, photographs taken at the clinic) is collected only at the clinic, under medical confidentiality, and is stored separately from website and marketing data.

Our website, treatments and advertising are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we treat everything here: carefully.

If we change this policy, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
